Individual telehealth sessions run 45-60 minutes with the average session at 53 minutes.

The private pay (out-of-pocket) or out-of-network rate is $150 per session.
Please note that not all therapists are in-network with the same insurance plans. Before scheduling an appointment, please verify with your preferred therapist that they are in-network with your insurance.
If your insurance plan is not listed above, we can still work with you as an out-of-network provider. We will provide you with the necessary billing information for reimbursement from your insurance company.
We also offer sliding scale fees for those unable to afford therapy even with insurance or who prefer not to use insurance. Our sliding scale fee, starting at $75, is available for clients without insurance or those who prefer not to use it, and can be adjusted based on individual circumstances.

Cancelation Fee
To ensure the smooth operation of our therapy sessions, kindly notify your therapist of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $75 cancellation fee. This fee is implemented to honor our therapists' scheduled time with clients.
A Good Faith Estimate is a detailed breakdown of the anticipated costs for your scheduled therapy services. This estimate includes all expected charges related to your care, such as session fees and any associated costs from the therapist or facility. It's important to note that the estimate only covers the charges from one provider or facility at a time.
